NCOA Verified

Periodically we update all of our mailing lists through our NCOA (National Change of Address) check with the US Postal Service. The NCOA process searches for, targets, and updates any dental clinic that has moved and filed a change of address with the USPS in the last forty eight months. By taking advantage of the changes in our mailing lists, you will dramatically reduce returned mail due to inaccurate information, generate higher response rates and achieve the highest possible ROI for your marketing dollars.

National Opt-In Email Lists

We run all of our doctors' listings through a permission-based email list marketing program. The email lists are 100% compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Email marketing lists will allow you to provide a new channel of communication with your customers, expand your marketing options, support your direct mail initiatives (email in conjunction with direct mail has proven to increase overall response rates), save on postage rates and increase your ROI.

Formating Options, Costs and Turnaround Time

Our comprehensive database products are formulated in three distinct formats: electronic database lists, mailing labels and electronic database with email lists. Electronic mailing lists include the dentists' name, address, phone, fax (if available), and are offered at $140 per thousand listings. Your electronic database purchase has unlimited use for up to twelve months. At your request, The National Directory of Dentists can then provide you with quarterly updates at a rate of $30 per thousand listings. Each update is a complete replacement of the initial list in order to facilitate continued, consistent use. Email addresses are also available with the electronic database for an additional processing fee. Quarterly updates for database orders that include email addresses are $60 per thousand listings. Mailing labels display the doctors’ name and mailing address and may be purchased for $120 per thousand labels. The complete package, including the electronic database and mailing labels is only $170 per thousand listings, with a minimum order of $300. All orders are processed and mailed, or emailed within 3-6 business days.
